If I were able to ask Gina just one question, it would be this: WHY go after Bo? What is the attraction? For that matter, why moon after Jawn for all those years? She just got full-body plastic surgery and a haircut, she's looking pretty good, so I think she should go after one of the less aged guys on the show. I recommend Eric. Hey, Kate did it, why can't Gina? I can see it. Eric is just begging for a woman that will manipulate and lie to him (which explains why he can't get over Nicole), and Gina is an expert in that department, so they'd be perfect for each other. :) Go for it, girl! Can you tell I'm talking completely out of my ass on this one? :)

I hate not having next-show previews! At first we thought it was a goof by the TV station or something, but it's happened for two days in a row so we now know it's for "dramatic effect." Gotta love November sweeps... And why has Mike spoken to EVERY PERSON IN SALEM except Carrie?? Wouldn't she be the first person he'd want to see? But no, he visits the hospital twice, talks to Grandma, talks to Almost-Dad ... I really wanted to see Carrie and Mike together today, but no, I had to sit through more John and Gina crap instead. Yeah, that really whetted my appetite. :-( Yuck! It is most definitely time for chocolate.
And is THAT the only punishment Craig and Nancy are going to receive for everything they did to Mike and Carrie? They were indirectly responsible for several people almost dying! And I think Ali would have been ok if they hadn't egged her on so much. I wish she'd come back and tell all against them, so they'd finally get off the high horse they've been riding since September. I used to like them, but they have seriously let Craig's job go to both their heads. If I were them I'd be the squeaky-cleanest person around so no one would suspect, but they are acting like total brats. I hope Mike's threat today put them in their place so they start behaving a little better.

The obvious choice for loser(s) of the millennium goes to TIIC (The Idiots In Charge) for firing Louise Sorel!!! We're talking about Vivian, guys, not Taylor Walker or some other random character. Remember, this is the woman who made her entrance onto the show by shooting someone! Just think of the incredibly cool things Vivian has done: 1) fake paralysis and kill people with cleaning fluid, 2) bury Carly alive, 3) survive Ann Goldberg and an attempted lobotomy to escape Pine Haven with Laura, 4) give birth to Victor and Kate's baby, 5) work at Burger Barn, 6) be so good in bed that she kills a man (!), 7) everything else I don't have space to mention. Since Louise first graced Days with her presence, she has been one of the driving forces of the show, and it is a shame and disgrace that TIIC didn't have the foresight to realize the consequences of letting her go. She is a class act, and Days without Vivian Alamain will NEVER be the same.

I just HAD to post this picture of Ali. Doesn't it fit her perfectly? This scene made me LMAO the day I saw it. They need to have more Ali-misbehaving scenes and less Princess-Gina-beating-the-walls crap!

UPDATE According to Joe Hickling's "unofficial" Lisa Linde site: "Look for Ali to cause a major catastrophe before she departs ***It appears that Ali will face a "certain death" when she is in a fiery car crash, but in the fashion of soap operas, she will probably walk away (presumed dead) to return and get a certain revenge .....Her last airdate is scheduled for September 2nd......" A certain obsessed Ali fan will be pretty sad to see her go, but I hope she'll think about returning within a year.
**note from Mandi: I'm still hoping that Ali returns next summer as Carrie. Hey, if Josh Taylor can do it, then why can't Lisa? :)**
WHY DOES ALI HAVE TO LEAVE THE SHOW???
(Okay, I feel better, but I still have to post a couple of pictures, just to make myself happy. Isn't Lisa pretty?)
